Title: Emerging Trends for EHS Future Leaders
Hosted by: Jessica Jackson
Tomorrow’s EHS leaders need to be at the forefront of today’s trends
Increasing expectations to deliver results faster and the growing importance of breaking down communication barriers are two trends to stay ahead of. 2020’s Covid-19 driven environment meant that EHS had to not just perform but also deliver at a breakneck pace while navigating unprecedented levels of change and adaptability, which set a high bar to consistently deliver at an accelerated speed. EHS communications in 2020 also took on the extra aspect of constantly evolving safety protocols, while facing the challenges of keeping employees engaged and involved without being able to maintain face to face contact. We will explore ways to help break down internal communication barriers and how to ensure that EHS is leveraging company-wide communications.
