After returning to the UK in 2015, Anna formed Acre Frameworks to create a development pathway for the profession that enabled individuals and teams to move from competent to highly effective. At the core of this offering was a Competency Framework developed with 100+ Health and Safety leaders which defined the competencies critical for success.

Since forming Frameworks, Anna has had the privilege of coaching and developing some of the world’s most progressive Health and Safety leaders and their teams including the likes of Netflix, Amazon and PepsiCo.
